I have one dog and 2 cats and they all got treated here only. My experience was really good and everyone here is helpful. The treatment given by sir was also very good and my pets recovered very early and became healthy again. Sir is also very nice and helpful and provides correct information about the health issues of the pets.

My pet was unwell recently, and I visited Dr. Harendra at Pet n Vets Clinic. He listened very carefully to everything and explained the problem in a simple way, which made me feel much more relaxed. What I really liked is that he also takes proper follow-ups and checks on the pet’s condition, which shows he genuinely cares. My pet is doing much better now. Overall, a very good and trustworthy doctor.

Highly recommended. Dr. Harendra is one of the best veterinary doctors I have came across. My beagle Zoe has been suffering from recurring skin infections from last 2 years. Nothing worked. But Dr. Harendra cured her completely within a month. My elder dog Marshall also has been healthier and happier and more active under his care. His support staff is also as good as him.

The doctor here is well experienced and versed in their profession! We had our female Labrador spayed a month ago and she’s recovered beautifully and my other Labrador had boils in his paws we tried almost everywhere and everything available at our source even Mumbai Tata’s pet hospital and finally here is where we found our solution thanks to the doctors and team ! We hope and pray they keep up their work with same honesty and integrity and maybe more as time passes ♥️ thankyou again

My cat was really sick, she was not eating anything , couldn’t sleep and had high fever and we tried every possible treatment, but this place truly stood out. The care, facilities, and staff are all excellent everyone is so kind and humble. We are definitely making this our permanent clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for genuine and compassionate care for their pets. Hope it helps someone in need.

Attentive and polite doctor. Very co-operative staff. Well equipped centre. I have got all my strays treated here. They don’t differentiate b/w strays and pure breed dogs which is rarely seen anywhere. Highly recommended.

My Shih Tzu was suddenly very unwell and since I am from Delhi and currently in Indore, I did not know any veterinary doctor here. I was extremely worried as he was not even getting up properly. Thankfully, I consulted Dr. Rajput at PetnVets Hospital and I am truly grateful for his treatment and guidance. The charges were very reasonable, no unnecessary tests were advised and the treatment was prompt and effective. What impressed me the most was that even when I called in the evening, he immediately picked up the phone and guided me with medication. Really thankful and very happy that I went to him. I am truly grateful to the doctor. My cat had been suffering for a long time, and watching her in pain was heartbreaking. When she was diagnosed with pyometra, I was extremely scared but the doctor handled everything with so much patience and care that it immediately gave me hope. The surgery was done with great expertise. Throughout the entire process, the doctor treated my cat with genuine kindness and made sure I understood every step. The recovery guidance and constant support after the surgery meant a lot to me during such an emotional time. This is the best vet I have found in Indore and I have been searching the one for my fur babies for so long. This clinic had the best hygiene and staff plus it was well equipped. I will highly recommend them to any pet parent who truly wants the best care for their furry family member.

I took my 3 year old GSD and Indie cross little boy neutered at PetnVets. They were able to accommodate us on the same day when we ended up there after a bad experience from a different clinic where he was meant to go initially. Very happy we got the procedure done at Pet n Vets instead. The doctor and the staff were all very attentive and helpful to all patients around at the same time despite of how busy they were. Shadow jr is generally very anxious and was even more stressed after the day he had had, they were super patient with him and let him take his time to relax into each step of the procedure! They’ve also been checking on him now while he recovers and the doctor has been very prompt in answering my questions. The only thing I’d say they can improve is their cleanliness as I was a bit concerned about the hygiene in the backroom in which we were waiting to calm shadow down. There were a few flies and ticks which i kept trying to swat away from getting in his coat. The procedure room itself however was clean so I didn’t have to worry during his treatment. Other than that I’m very happy with the clinic’s services and would happily take both my dogs there again. :)
