Very professional, nice people and calm environment

I have been visiting Blessing Labs since it opened in 2021. Initially, the service, treatment, and quality were excellent. But over time, everything has gone downhill. I've visited 6–7 times, and each experience is worse than the last. Now the quality is extremely poor the waiting time is long, the staff is untrained and lacks basic manners and professionalism. One of the staff members, Dr. Nikita Rawal, even commented rudely that “these are new doctors, they don’t know anything,” and told me that I should always send sealed and signed messages with every patient – which is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. There is constant chaos, frequent arguments, and absolutely no proper management. The reception staff especially needs training on how to speak politely and handle patients with empathy and professionalism. Anup Sir, I kindly request you to focus on staff behavior, communication, and maintaining the standard of service Blessing Labs was once known for. *Very disappointed with the current state*
