Good service best staff
I had a very bad experience with them ...the staff is so indiscipline always on theirs phone ignoring patients queries ...the security guard also came inside and started chit chat like it's a hotel or some dharamshala ...very rude and they are too loud like a market there is no hospital or a clinic vibe ...the staff members were came together joking laughing playing with phones asking Google siri what is my name like teenage kids or college going students do ...immature staff..but ... Now they called me and apologize for this incident that's so nice of them..she really understand my point and humbly apologize which I found really nice gesture about the HR and ensure about the replacement of the staff and took my review into their consideration and thank me for giving honest review and they took action timely and according..
