Good service and veri polite staff

Don't go for lower price. There results may be inaccurate. I underwent a Vitamin D3 test at Central Lab, but the results were completely inaccurate. My doctor confirmed that the values were incorrect, noting that if they were accurate, I would have experienced severe symptoms. On the doctor's advice, I repeated the test at a different lab, and this time, the results were accurate. I would not recommend relying on test results from Central Lab, as they could lead to an incorrect diagnosis.

The medical staff at the facility demonstrated a lack of professionalism and attention to detail during my father's checkup. Incorrectly identifying his gender as female on his medical records is unacceptable. I attempted to address this issue through the customer service department, but was redirected multiple times and ultimately advised to visit the facility in person to lodge a complaint.
