Very Poor experience and highly unprofessional technicians. We had been recommended by Doctor to get PRP done from this branch. They took money all initially and handling the sample (in Test Tube directly) and when asked for proper packaging (of ice box - which our doctor had told before hand) they denied giving that quoting random excuses. Not recommended at all. Lack of proper knowledge and handling by the Lab Staff

WORST STAFF & EXTREMELY CARELESS BEHAVIOUR! We had booked an appointment for a Color Doppler Test for 3:00 PM today because the staff explicitly told us that the 3:00 PM slot was completely free and asked us to come. BILL ID :1143491 We reached sharp on time at 3:00 PM, and since then, we have been waiting for over an hour with absolutely no prompt response from anyone. When we asked about the delay, they casually started saying, "It will take time." The height of unprofessionalism was when I questioned them about why they even booked a 3:00 PM slot if they couldn't honor it. Their staff literally replied: "Esa kisne bola 3 ka appointment hai toh 3 bje lelenge?" (Who said if you have a 3 PM appointment, you will be attended to at 3 PM?) What on earth does an "appointment" even mean to these people? If you don't have the basic common sense or management skills to respect patients' time, stop taking appointments! Highly unprofessional, mismanaged, and pathetic customer service. Save your time and avoid this place!

We booked a sonography appointment for my wife specifically with a female doctor at 10:22 AM. We were initially told that the scan would be done within one hour. However, after waiting for an hour, we were informed that the female doctor had already left at 10 AM and only the male doctor was available, and we were asked to come back later. The same situation happened with another patient who arrived just before us. This is highly unprofessional behavior and shows poor coordination and respect for patients’ time. Kindly improve your appointment management.
