There is no rule for appointment, I have scheduled appointment at 3.30pm and I have reached at 3.15pm at the janjirvala center. The maam on. The MRI reception sent another persons in the MRI. After taking appointment my MRI done at 6pm so what is the use of appointment here if with appointment booking I have to wait for 3 hours. Very disappointed with the process they followed.

I went to sampurna, Mourya center, Indore today for my father’s spine MRI. My concern is that technician gave me and my father cottton to cover our ears from the extremely loud sound of machine which was not at all enough and could damage the patient’s ear drums. Patient’s safety should be your first priority as they pay you for a good service otherwise they will not come to this center next time.

Staff was cooperating and polite , clinic is very clean. Services are good and you can track your report as well
