Even a government hospital can provide a better service than you. I had a disappointing experience at Sodani Diagnostic Clinic located at Race Course Road, Indore. Despite a short procedure like ECG taking only a few minutes, the wait time was nearly an hour. The ECG attendant in room 19 displayed a lack of professionalism and was disrespectful, further diminishing the overall quality of service. Additionally, the staff made me visit from one counter to another, creating unnecessary inconvenience to know how much time it would take and where the ECG attendant was located. Improvement in coordination and communication is essential for a better patient experience.

Hospitality is admirable I went there for my husband's cervical MRI I holistic whole staff is very helpful and caring specially Rajini Mam's courtsy is remarkable.

Location:-Opposite Basketball complex Indore- Very good assistance & service given by the staff specially Rajni Yadav who was on the reception even on their half day today on Sunday still doctor & Rajani & all the staff extended thier shift & taking care of my wife concern & done the Brain MRI.
