I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Neeraj and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The clinic itself is welcoming and well-organized, making it easy to check in and feel comfortable right away. The staff at the front desk are friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Dr. Neeraj is truly exceptional. Not only is he highly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also takes the time to listen to patients and understand their needs. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and Dr. Neeraj made sure I fully understood my diagnosis and treatment options. The nursing staff and assistants are equally impressive. Good experience in sonography has done well by staff

Attention and alert, please read the reviews before booking appointment. Visited for the pregnancy scan. Behaviour of the staff including that of Dr. Neeraj is very cold and non welcoming. Waiting period is enormous. Cleaning and hygiene standards are questionable. The scanning process was very brief and we had doubts if all the necessary parameters were properly covered. Report generation also took a really long time. Doctor’s assisting staff were literally of no help and the patient was made to lie on the bed waiting for the scan to commence for more than 20 mins. Proper planning, monitoring and appraisal of the state of affairs in this facility is need of the hour. Never coming again and recommending this place to any potential patient.

Facilities are very well staff is very good

I visited Neeraj Diagnostic Centre for my wife growth scan for pregnency sonography. The entire experience was excellent. The attending staff was very supportive, polite, and cooperative throughout the visit. A special thanks to Dr. Neeraj Gupta, who performed the sonography with great care. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel completely satisfied and reassured. I have done here NT SCAN, Target Scan and Growth scan for my wife. If I could, I would give not just 5 stars but 10 stars for the service, doctor's behavior, and staff cooperation. In my opinion, this is one of the best diagnostic centres in Indore. Highly recommended for anyone looking for accurate diagnosis and excellent patient care.

Working environment is good. staffs are experienced and well professional. Have appropriate space waiting lobby for patient and their care taker.
