There is an old saying “ ऊंची दुकान फ़ीके पकवान “ is true for them. I would rather give ZERO star unfortunately it is mandatory to give at least one star. I was impressed with photos uploaded by them on their business page but they are nowhere near to it in reality. I went there for my baby's photo. But it was total wastage of money for me. They charge Rs. 450 for a single photo. When I asked why this much amount they said they use latest DSLR camera which provide a very high-quality image. They have to do lots of editing for final output. I agreed with them on this to get such output it requires lots of editing. So here they used Nikon D750 Camera which I believe is not the latest and high-end camera. They think customer is fool and don’t know anything about photography. Here is what they told to me “They have to convert raw file from camera to JPEG otherwise it will not open in any device or mobile “. Lolz my 5 years old nephew knows that camera store files in JPEG format. When I ask I need 2 files one edited and one original (unedited) so they directly said no and asked me another Rs 450/- for that as they count it as two photos. Which I feel is unfair and they said is professional. After a small debate they unwillingly agreed to that. They didn’t provide me soft copy immediately on the name of editing takes time they asked me 2 days for that. I also asked to write text “ 7th “on top left area of photo. what they did with that you can see in the photo attached with this review. On the name of editing they only cropped the original photo and sent to me after 7 days that also when I asked them for the same. There is no colour enhancement nor any other sign of editing I feel. You can clearly see in attached photo what they have done on the name of editing. No creativity no colour senses no alignment sense total zero in editing. They claim they are professionals but they have very rude behavior. I feel cheated by them. I will never recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Mr. Jitendra Malviya is very cordial. He manages his studio very well.Brilliant photography. Competent editing.Wish his team all success.
