Nanighar Dog Hostel- Home Boarding

Recently left my pet at this hostel for the first time and I’m disappointed with the care and communication provided and I have several concerns: 1. Video updates were promised three times per day but I received only two, and those required follow-ups from my side. 2. I was not given any photos or videos showing whether my pet was eating, so I could not confirm he was being fed properly. 3. After two days his behaviour changed dramatically: he became extremely fearful and did not eat properly for about a week. 4.He developed signs of trauma and now reacts fearfully to being petted, sometimes as if he might bite.

Very poor decision to keep my dog here for 3rd time. Tbh first two times things were good but some one had taken over management here and that lady doesn't even care if food requirements of dog is met! Since my dog had been with them earlier for two times …i did not think over again to tell the food requirements of my dog! She says all dog have food, and for meeting my own dog I will have to take appointment!! My parents went out of station happily assuming that things will be good and normal as before but since this new manager lady is rude and have protocols you might have never heard in any dog hostel whereso ever! Their trip turned into endless calls and tension as I had to bring the pet back to her home! Idk if this is usual practice but my experience worsened this time and I will definitely advice anyone who is going put their pet here before going for a vacation! Pls check and enquire thoroughly bcz once you are out and the tone changes and charges are spiked 200% even for 20 rs milk and rotis !! EDIT FOR OWNERS REPLY :- For your dramatic response here is the reply.. your dahi /thuli rice costed me a lot as my dog ate food out of hunger (as you said she had no problem “wow”) and then after reaching home the same day the started vomiting and became lethargic ! For two after u left my dog home amidst mid journey of my parents she became ill and i had to call the vet on third day! When you talk about protocols and absolute blunder that you didn’t charge me of food the last two time.. MADAM.. we provided her pedigree food and the cost included her meals - precisely 2 roti and half bowl milk to mash it !! YOU DID NOT LEAVE THE CHARGE FOR FOOD .. oh god sake! What sort of people you are! And FYI . As you ALREADY knew!!! As you said you were well aware of my dog needs from past two times.. my dog ate only 2 times! There was no need of ranting over 33₹ per plate.. ? For thuli? Really? And making someone’s dog sick!! Even the thing is not about money if someone is already paying u 600 rs a day but how you guys make stricter protocols all of a sudden ... without informing it to pet parent! Ofcourse your place is not a restaurant.. but at-least have some sense of responsibility for voiceless pet! She cannot tell u that rice is not good for her own gut .. but out of hunger she is eating that! And if you talk so much about your weird protocols why don’t u inform Upfront to pet parent before boarding the pet! Why don’t u guys put it on a paper and get it signed by pet parent! Why don’t u get it printed on your door front and put a banner that you guys are ignorant for pets health and cost 33 rs for plate ! Go ahead guys! Pls make a announcement and dont forget to mention your greedy arrogance mindset causing someone pet health on risk! Ps i dont owe u a single penny! Not now not then!
