I came from Ratlam to Indore for my kitten's treatment. I first visited a well known doctor of Indore but my kitten's conditioned worsened within a day of visiting him. The doctor I visited did not respond back to my messages and call. I called Vetnova clinic and the doctors immediately visited my home and gave injections to both my kittens. One of the kitten (whom I did not take to the other doctor) was well and started playing within an hour. My kitten vomitted and i called Vetnova at 4am and they visited our home at 5am. Just to let you all know I called each and every clinic and doctor that showed up on google but got response only from Vetnova. My kittens condition improved but I made a mistake and took her to the other doctor once again. He gave some injection after which my kitten was not able to stand and died next day because of dehydration. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VETNOVA CLINIC. My dog of 16 years was paralyzed then my friend vishal suggested me to Vetnova pet clinic (dr ravikant ) then mohit sir came to my house and he treat my dog and now completely fine or started walking normally within a week

I took an injured stray kitten to the clinic today. Bharat and Ajay sir immediately provided emergency medication, worked continuously and saved it from dying. Fee was nominal and the staff took care of the kitten like their own pet. I am very happy to see that there are still clinics like this where animal care is prioritised over profit making.

One of the worst in terms of products they offer. Just 10 days back I purchased a chain specifically telling them that I need it for a Pomeranian. They charged higher for the chain claiming it is of good quality and considering the online reviews I had blindly purchased the product. Within a span of 10 days, the chain has now broken down in 3 pieces and when I went to them to request a replacement or a repair, the guy named Ajay angrily told that nothing can be done about this. I have dogs at my home from the past 12 years and this is the first time I have had such a bad experiential journey. If i dont get a response from the owner, I promise to take actions on other forums as well. This is totally unprofessional!! Also, a humble request to all the reviewers that please don't give a 4 or 5 star if you don't get desired services. Such shoddy practices can hamper money and time.

Then transitioning to Ashley, he treats our pets as his own & provides exceptional care as he draws bloods as well as manicures our dogs nails. This is an amazing little gem for our loved ones. They are very compassionate and took care of my pet 'GoGo' really well. Even provided home service that was very helpful. Doc Ravikant Khushwaha has been very supportive and always available on call with prompt responses. His assistant Ajay is a wonderful fellow and reminded us of the medication and appointments that skipped our mind sometimes. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
