I’m very grateful to Dr. Rakesh Dangi for the care and treatment he provided to my dog, Sky. During a very stressful time, he handled everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine concern. He guided us properly through the treatment and was always reassuring. Thanks to his timely care and dedication, Sky started recovering. It really means a lot to have a doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also compassionate towards animals. I highly recommend him.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE TRUSTING YOUR PET WITH THIS VET. I know it’s a long review but pls read it. Dr. Rakesh Dangi treated my cat for over 4 years. We trusted him completely and considered him someone who would protect our child. Today, I deeply regret that trust. My cat had otitis as a kitten. When we later raised concerns about his permanently tilted head and increasing ear wax, Dr. Rakesh simply cleaned his ear and told us he would “live the rest of his life like that” and that all cats have mites and just have to live with them. No proper investigation, no concern, no real explanation. The worst happened with a rabies vaccination at his clinic. Dr. Rakesh called us 10 days later for another shot. We called and specifically CONFIRMED whether we should bring our cat in, and he said yes. When we arrived, he wasn’t even at the clinic. His replacement staff vaccinated our cat within minutes of us arriving—without showing us the vaccine label, without checking his vitals, without properly assessing him, and seemingly without even taking the time to ensure the vaccine was appropriate or properly handled. They rushed the injection and sent us home. What followed has been an absolute nightmare. Our cat started vomiting repeatedly—more than 10–15 times—and we had to rush him to an emergency vet. The following day he developed severe breathing difficulties and pneumonia and required oxygen support and nebulisation for 3–4 days. He subsequently developed jaundice and a chronic kidney injury. It has now been more than a month and a half of vet visits, medications, monitoring, special food and watching our cat suffer every single day. I cannot personally prove whether the wrong vaccine was given or whether the vaccine was improperly stored because we were never even shown the label. But the vaccination was administered at this clinic, by their staff, after we specifically confirmed with Dr. Rakesh that we should come in. When I contacted Dr. Rakesh afterward expecting concern, accountability, or at the very least an investigation into what happened at his clinic, his response was essentially that my cat was at fault and “might have eaten a bug.” That response tells me everything I need to know. When an animal that you have treated for four years ends up fighting for its health after something done at your clinic, the bare minimum should be concern and accountability—not blaming the animal and dismissing the owner. We trusted this man with our child. I would never make that mistake again. If you genuinely love your pets, please do your own research and think very carefully before trusting them to this clinic. Our animals cannot tell us when something is wrong. They depend entirely on us to choose people who will take their health seriously. Sophie deserved better. We all did.
