Quite disappointed with the charges in lockdown time when every pet lover is already worried with finances. My dogs were diagnosed with parvo and they needed drips and hospitalisation. Though doc did all help but charges were way to high almost 800rs per dog.Next day i called a local compounder and got drips at my home just 100 rs per dog only i had to purchase injection that were too cheap as i bought myself. I saved almost rs.3000 compare to myra pet.

Please do not visit this doctor for cataract surgery, the condition of my dog has worsened after surgery. He has removed the lens of my dog after which there is redness in his eye and he can't even see.I am a dog lover and treat every pet as my pet so its my humble request to all to consider other surgeons before any particular surgery.

He is a SCAM. My 42days old pup died because of paracetamol poisoning. He prescribed 10ml crocin/day for 3days to a 1.7 kg dog. My dog died in 2days of taking the dose. He went into coma and then died. His hemoglobin level became low which is hemolytic anemia that happens after paracetamol overdose in dogs. Laboured breathing, hypothermia, coma, death. I do recommend this place, but for several reasons I don't feel it is ideal first of all is the rate list; it is more like an elevator to sky. Rate are ridiculously high. Second is their weird practices, I got my dog operated here, and every time I took her for dressing, they charged me Rs.200, which I don't understand why? If one is operated, they are obliged to change the dressing, this is the case with human hospitals as well. But if your dog/cat is really sick, money does not really matter if they can save your pet, I do feel they will. So as far as I recommend you can trust them....

we lost our family member our pet.they gave the treatment which we feel could have been given with much more interest and seriousness.if you say ur clinic will open at 10 that means vet should be there.but at 10 not even cleaning staff arrives.we went for 5 days and noticed that only one compounder was there to see multiple pets at one time.at one moment our pet was being injected a wrong medicine by mistake.doctor never gave any written document or mail or anything about what our pet is being treated with.he says he is available 24 hours on phone but doesnt reply with interest.we asked for emergency multiple times.he is a great surgeon according to people but for us he has now raised a permanent question "kya hum humaare pet ko save kar lete??" by selecting a better services clinic which is priced not this much. our pet will be missed forever.

Best clinic in Indore. Dr Narendra Chouhan is the best surgeon I have ever met. And his clinic gives the best services like Ultra sonography, X-RAY, opthalmic surgery, oxygen Facility and lots of other things. I will suggest every one to have a visit if you want to take good care of your pets.

My KITTEN died because of him. He doesn't deserve to be a doctor. He value Money and not life. I have seen people treating animals badly but he being a vet doctor doesn't value pet's life. Mr. Chouhan you don't even know the basics??? There should be a gap of atleast 2weeks between deworming and vaccination. Didn't you know this? I came from Ratlam to Indore for my kitten's normal healthy checkup. It was perfectly fine until I took it to Myra clinic. He gave a vaccination to my kitten and recommended me to start deworming tablet next day. My kitten became dull next day after I gave tablet and had fever. I called Myra clinic several times but nobody answered the call or responded my messages. My kitten started vomiting. I called all the pet clinic and doctor I could find on google. Only one doctor turned up and gave to my home at 5am. My kittens condition improved. I made a mistake and visited Myra again. Doctor told me leave your kitten alone. If it takes medicine let it otherwise don't force. Even a child will not eat medicine unless it's forced. I was giving electral to my kitten but doctor told to stop it. He gave stemetil injection to my kitten after which my kitten could not even stand. I made a big big mistake and stopped electral, left my kitten alone in a room during its last time. And it died the next day. I will never ever recommend this doctor to anyone. I called him so many times but he never answered my call. And during my second visit he said not to call him as he is busy with other patients. I am from Ratlam and when I came to Indore I searched on internet for the best VET doctor. Unfortunately his name appeared everywhere. Without checking reviews i visited him. After my kitten died I checked all reviews and found though the rating is good but the feedback is not. My healthy kitten died because of him. Mr. Chouhan you will go through what u have done. What do you expect me to do if you don't answer call or reply back to messages? I agree anti toxin was given to my kitten to improve her condition that worsened because of deworming + vaccination on same day. A pleasant and relaxing time. The dog didn't bark once while getting shots since he felt safe at the clinic. The staff was also very pet-friendly.

I went there with my kitty to get her groomed but unfortunately the doc was busy with another pet so he asked her assistant to do the job but she couldn’t groom my cat. It was me who was holding her all the time , his assistant was inexperienced and she said she’s doing a cat for the first time. Didnt even tell me the charges before which were too high for grooming from any pet vet . When i asked why, he simply told me that the blade costs them too high although i saw it was a regular trimming machine. Didnt even do the nails since doc’s assistant was highly unprofessional. She couldn’t even hold the cat. I had to do it for her. Whats the point of going there then. I could’ve done it at home all by myself. Usually i go here just for the vaccines, thankfully never for anything major. But if anything major problem occurs to your pet , kindly do not go or suggest anyone to visit this place.
