I have delayed writing this review because I genuinely wanted to give this hospital every opportunity to improve. I have been here multiple times and overlooked mistake after mistake, hoping each experience would be better than the last. Unfortunately, the same issues keep repeating, and they point to a deeper problem of poor communication, lack of accountability, and an overall disregard for clients’ time and their animals’ well-being. The biggest issue is appointment management. I completely understand that hospitals can run behind schedule—emergencies happen, and no reasonable pet parent expects everything to run perfectly on time. However, what is unacceptable is repeatedly confirming appointments, asking patients to come in, and then making them wait for hours without so much as a phone call or message informing them of the delay. I travel from quite a distance with my cat, who becomes extremely stressed during travel. There is the cost of cabs, the time taken out of work and daily life, and most importantly, the unnecessary distress caused to an already anxious animal. A simple phone call asking us to come later would have prevented all of this. Instead, on one occasion, I had to return home without my cat even receiving treatment because no one thought to communicate that the appointment could not be honored. This has not been an isolated incident. There have been occasions where the wrong medicines were prescribed, staff members seemed completely unaware of conversations held by previous staff, and every interaction felt like starting from scratch. The lack of coordination within the team is alarming. No one appears to know what the previous person communicated, leading to confusion, repeated explanations, and avoidable mistakes. What disappointed me even more was that my concerns were only taken seriously after I expressed my frustration and mentioned that I would leave a review. Basic professionalism and accountability should not depend on the threat of public feedback. Another deeply concerning issue was infection control. On one visit, there appeared to be no effort to keep small animals, including vulnerable kittens and puppies, separated from a dog with a contagious viral illness. The casual attitude toward something as serious as disease transmission was shocking. Hospitals treating animals have a responsibility to protect all patients, especially the most vulnerable ones. The irony is hard to ignore. The reception proudly displays a sign saying, “Yes, we charge more, but we aren’t like any other.” Unfortunately, based on my repeated experiences, that statement has not reflected the level of service provided. Charging premium fees is absolutely justified when accompanied by professionalism, organization, compassion, and integrity. What is difficult to accept is paying premium prices while receiving inconsistent communication, poor coordination, and a casual attitude toward both animals and their owners. I am not writing this review out of anger or with the intention of harming the hospital. I am writing it after giving countless chances and repeatedly raising these concerns directly. I genuinely hope this feedback encourages meaningful change because pet parents place enormous trust in veterinary hospitals. That trust comes with the expectation that our time, our concerns, and above all, our animals’ well-being will be treated with the seriousness they deserve. I also hope more people share their honest experiences—not to bring this hospital down, but because constructive accountability is the only way standards improve. Animals cannot speak for themselves. We, as their caregivers, have to. Price assessment Overpriced
