I brought a stray pigeon who was suffering from some neuro ailment, the doctor here recognised what the issue was, and honestly told me that there's no sure shot way to treat his ailment, so he asked me if I wanted to go further with treatment, afterwards he suggested some multivitamin syrup for the bird and as a kind gesture, he waived his fees, as I was trying to help the stray bird.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this shop. Despite their claim to sell products for dogs and cats, when I requested something for birds, they not only provided the wrong product, but it was also expired and not even for sale—it was just a sample. The behavior of the seller was appalling, displaying a lack of professionalism and customer care. I strongly advise against shopping here, as their practices are unacceptable.
