Very poor service, too much waiting time, even for a blood test, very less staff, too much dirty washroom, Dr. Stays on leave most of the time, and when they come, they leave early, very hard to see Dr, to check the reports, you have to come to come daily daily for single thing, you can't do all the things in one day, they don't let you do that! They will traumatize you, so that you don't come !!

Very Poor service, especially at reception. I have visited there through my company for pre joining medical check up. They have taken wrong print out list of check ups which leads to wastage of whole day in waiting lines. Staff are very linient. Doctors also come late and leaves early.

Very poorly managed: 1. Staff is not adequate, there is no proper management, looks unskilled and untrained. 2. Washroom is highly unhygienic. 3. Wheelchair was not available for more than 20 minutes, my mother had a hard time standing for such a long time. Agilus is just opening centres but is not managing them properly.

This testing center had the worst woman washroom for collection of samples. It was single toilet there with no flush, no toilet paper & zero hygiene. The toilet pot was shaking. You will go for urine test & get UTI there. I do not suggest this center. While I submitted my review I got to read others. For the last 2 years people are complaining about the same thing. & They are just sending an auto-generated reply & doing nothing about it.

Do not come here! Ridiculous staff and Doctors. No punctuality by Doctors here. Wasted 2.5 hours waiting for Radiology doctor. Doctor Swati should have apologised atleast for keeping 8-10 patients waiting in the morning empty stomach.

Worst service, I don't understand why corporate assign to agilus, no staff, broken toilet, only male pateint being tested. No doctor available for sonography for female. No proper management. Shitty place. Unhygienic. No flush is working in female toilet.

Worst experience सोनोग्राफी done on 8th अप्रैल 2026 they lost the report and blaming each other somehow got the report on 14th but I doubt it is original or fake.Truly careless irresponsible staff.

I had book an appointment of MRI Scan for 7:30 PM.I reached at 7:15 , I was told that there is 1 hour delay . But the mri scan is not done till now as the review is written while sitting here only .Another patient which visited later than us , he had changed clothes later than us also but he had called someone and his MRI is done before us , if there is something like that if anyone calls is between anyone and the patient who is sitting with an appointment is not considered then you should put a board that the VIP calls are handled on priority . Agilus îs getting worst day by day. I had given a sample on Jan 19 for a test that goes to Mumbai and I was told that I will have the results by Jan 20. The results did not come in time. When calling the customer care they told me that results will only be available on Jan 22 which is 2 days late. I was given incorrect information. Had I known that it will take this long, I would have gone to another lab. These folks are simply fooling people and giving incorrect information. This is the second time in last three months that this has happened at this center. Really bad, I want refund of my money.
