Extreme rude and unprofessional staff with absolutely no manners. Never visit this diagnostics.
Worst management patient waiting from almost 2.30 hours for their number & patient ko call karke bulaya ki abhi ajaiye apka number he machine free he
Worst diagnostic centre you can visit; they delay every report. These centres must be closed by the company, as it's just causing trouble for the patients, and strict action must be taken against such centres
Absolutely pathetic service. My parents got their tests done here, and the reports are being delayed without any proper explanation. Despite repeatedly following up, the staff is unable to give a clear answer or a proper timeline. The worst part is the way customers are treated. There is zero professionalism, zero coordination, and extremely poor communication. If you are running a diagnostic lab, you should understand that people are waiting for medical reports for a reason. Keeping patients and their families waiting without clear information is completely unacceptable. The staff seriously needs to learn how to communicate with customers and handle medical-report-related queries responsibly. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. The management needs to seriously improve its service and customer handling. I would not recommend this lab.
