Very bad services and the staff behaviour was also rude. I came here because some doctor refer me. Don't come here for any diagnostic.
⭐ 1 Star This 1 star is for the doctor's careless and unprofessional approach. Despite having a pre-booked appointment, I was made to wait for over 2.5 hours, even when there was no crowd or rush. There seemed to be no regard for patients' time or appointments. Such negligence and lack of professionalism are very disappointing. One of the worst experiences I've had.
I had a disappointing experience at Dr. Chhabra’s Clinic. The communication was unclear, and I faced inconvenience regarding my appointment and scan process. Better coordination between the doctors and staff would greatly improve the patient experience. I hope the clinic works on providing smoother and more organized service in the future. The staff was rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable. The charges for a single scan seemed excessively high compared to other diagnostic centers. Better communication, transparency in pricing, and improved patient care are needed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Worst experience ever.
Highly unrecommended Center Very long waiting time, highly unprofessional, they gave us appointment timings of 5:30 PM and our number came by 2 hours and there were only 4 patients. If your doctor recommends this center take atleast 1 hr in your hand till your turn comes.
