Very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a health checkup package worth ₹2,000, and my TSH report came back as 7.5, indicating a thyroid issue. Concerned about the result, I got the test repeated at another lab, where the TSH value was completely normal and within the reference range. When I raised this concern with the lab, they insisted that their report was correct and told me that I had thyroid problems. To be absolutely sure, I booked another TSH test with the same lab again. Surprisingly, within just 2 days, they issued a new report showing my TSH level as normal. How can the same lab provide two completely different reports within 2 days and still claim the first report was accurate? This caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and additional expenses. What is even more concerning is that the same issue happened not only to me but also to my sister. Medical reports directly impact people's health decisions, and accuracy is extremely important. Based on my experience, I have serious concerns about the reliability and consistency of the testing process.
