Overall experience is good but at sapna Sangeeta branch there is no washroom is available for the urine sample collection..

Got very bad experience . Handed me wrong report just playing with health .

Horrible service, slow and inefficient. For a Covid test centre there is absolutely no social distancing, staff removes masks half the time , no proper system for tests to be taken, high risk of contacting Covid if you come here to get tested.

Fake...don't go with their services. They will first collect money and report generation will take forever or will never come. For me, 3days for rtpcr..still I am calling th like crazy and they don't pick up or say technical glitch. They are not even telling positive negative. Super pathetic.

I was told that I will receive my reports in 3-4 days. It's been 6 days & I haven't received yet. Though we were continuously requesting them to do it on urgent basis . As we have to send the block for further diagnosis. I have been trying to contact them for a while and there is no response to the call. We are fed up & so stressed our treatment & further diagnosis is pending on this report & block.

Worst Customer service center. They don't pickup phones , Have at least 7-8 different numbers on the internet as customer care number. ( Don't know why). You can wait for 1/2 hour or 1 hour but you will not get to customer service representative. Also too expensive , don't know why they are charging for such premium when all they do are lab tests. Hospital charge less than them. Also report are sent very late via mail/sms. Do not go there ever.
