Extremely unprofessional and careless service. I visited for a CBC and thyroid test and paid ₹800, with a promise that the report would be ready by 7 PM. It was not delivered on time. The next day, they claimed there was an issue with the sample and asked me to give another one, which clearly shows poor handling and lack of accountability. Instead of admitting their mistake, the staff started asking irrelevant questions about my medical history, medications, and previous reports. This is unacceptable—if patients have to explain everything themselves, what is the purpose of testing? The hygiene standards were very poor. The person who collected my blood had long, dirty nails, which is highly concerning in a medical setting. The blood collection process was extremely painful, and I experienced severe pain from my elbow to shoulder for several minutes even after the needle was removed. When I raised this concern, it was completely ignored. Overall, this lab shows a serious lack of professionalism, hygiene, and patient care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place. ---
