Do not take appointment, if you take still you need to wait for 4 hours for your turn. Staff is also not good. Editing after doctor ma'am response. I saw your other responses too, why you give only restaurant example? Why don't you admit your mistake anytime? I am talking about taking appointments, if appointments are taken, that is what you were informed in prior. Nobody waits 4 hours on restaurant also ma'am.
