Very poor experience. I visited them for My routine ECG & pathology tests . Also after my ECG,I asked them to give tissue for wiping ECG gel from body ,she told they use cloth napkin & they don't have tissue paper roll. We don't know how many people have used that napkin Totally unhygienic unprofessional & not at all recommendable.

Very disappointing experience during my visit for a TMT (Treadmill Test). I did not find any doctor or specialist available during my visit, which was concerning considering that TMT is a cardiac stress test where proper medical supervision is important. The test appeared to be conducted by non-specialist staff, which raised concerns about patient safety. The overall hygiene standards were poor. Additionally, the TMT room was extremely uncomfortable, as both the AC and fan were not working and the cabin was closed with inadequate ventilation. In a healthcare facility, especially one performing cardiac investigations, patients expect qualified medical supervision, proper safety protocols, and a hygienic environment. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of care and patient experience.
