I had a very disappointing experience at this sonography center. The scan was not done properly, and I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the process. Dr. Garima bharti (MBBS), who conducted the scan, was not at all professional. She seemed irritated, remained on a phone call during the procedure, and did not communicate properly. Her behavior was quite rude and impatient, which made the experience even more stressful. The TVS scan was done very roughly, and she didn’t bother to explain anything about the results. I do not recommend this center to anyone looking for proper care and professional behavior during such sensitive procedures. Worst experience ever don't go there.... don't go there.. she was very rude.....

I have a very good experience at sodani diagnostic. All employees have very pleasant attitude towards patients , all helpful. For sonography Dr Garima Bharti Gour was very nice , she makes patients very comfortable with her pleasant personality n positive attitude.

Worst experience ever. I am extremely disappointed with the service. There was no professionalism, no proper management, and no attention to basic needs. Everything was poorly handled and completely unsatisfactory. It was a total waste of time and money. I would never recommend this to anyone.

I had my thyroid test, at sampurn sodani. Staff is really nice and cooperative. Kashish nagar is one of the staff members and she is very polite and caring. she does my test very carefully even i didn't feel the injection pain for millisecond..

Her gentle approach and positive attitude make every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. She takes the time to explain things clearly and never rushes through. You can truly feel that she cares, which is so rare and appreciated.
