Sampurna Sodani Diagnostic Clinic Vijay Nagar

The gynecologist of my wife suggested some blood tests and sonography for her and we came to know about Sodani Diagnostic Clinic. I extracted their number via Google Maps and spoke to them. The personnel manning the phone was quite prompt and helpful. She asked me to share the list of prescribed tests via Whatsapp and informed me about the charges, timings and when the reports will be available. The Clinic was nearby and we reached around 8.30 a.m. in the morning and got free within fifteen minutes. There was no rush, the security personnel was vigilant and was not letting anyone enter without wearing a mask and was making everyone sanitize their hands. The ambience, cleanliness and the entire look and feel of the Clinic was vibrant and positive. The staff members at the counter which was covered with glass and located beside the entrance were friendly and issued the receipt of the tests and we made the payment online before going for tests. One may pay via different online modes and in cash as well. As far as charges are concerned, they seemed competitive. The parking space is not much of a problem especially during the mornings. It was highly appreciable that everyone was following the preventive measures to beat the pandemic. The seating area was duly covered under the norm of social distancing and the cutouts to keep one seat vacant between two seats was clearly visible. There was an option of giving sample at doorstep as well, but it was only possible for blood tests. For the remaining tests including urine test, one has to visit any of the branches of the Clinic. The reports are available online in the evening. Alternatively, one may get it via Whatsapp after sending ta copy of the receipt on a particular contact number and one may also collect hard copy of it from the Clinic. The reports of most of the tests are available the same day when the tests are conducted. The accuracy in the analyses of the report made us admire the Diagnostic Clinic a great deal. We went for sonography at another branch of Sodani as it was an internal examination and only a male doctor was available at this branch and the other branch at Race Course Road had a female doctor to carry it out. The timings for sonography are from 10.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. The collection of reports from the Clinic is also possible on Sundays. I got a flyer of theirs regarding Executive Health Packages which have different tests under different categories and the prices are competitive. It was a nice experience with Sodani and we were satisfied in all respects. Have a healthy life!

Ridiculous!!!! Dr.Garima Porwal behavior was not at all good,it was very worst.We went for Pregnancy Sonography and she directly did internal sonography.She didn’t even intimated us about the procedure and why internal sonography needed in initial stage.After sonography,When asked about this to Garima Porwal “mam apne bataya kyu nahi ki internal sonography kar rahe hai aap”,she shouted on us and said “jo karwane aye the unko bata diya tha,apki taklif kya hai mje smjh nahi arhi,she(patient) should understand,inke problem kya hai,inke paise wapas dedo main report nahi dungi”. She herself was keep on yelling and keep on shouting and hume bol rhi thi ki awaz nichi rakh ke bat kariye. Her attitude was extremly unprofessional,unskilled,horrid and ridiculous. Ek nahi hazar queries hongi,to bhi softly,politely and professionally answer karna padega that’s a doctor duty. But i think Garima porwal ko apne name ke age se “Dr.” remove kr dena chahiye .She didn’t even know the basic duties and principals of a Doctor. Be a human first.

I met the dr.priyanka patel, she done my sonography, she was so positive and too good in behaviour. And the staff was also so good. All over the service was so good

Priti Akodia ji is a very professional person. She is good in her job. Overall nice experience.

3rd class.... Reception.... One person with cap..... Has no sense to talk..... I came at 12:30 for sonography.... They told us will take 1.5hrs....we went for lunch then we came at 3:00PM......then again told us to wait another 1 hr..... This guys at reception with cap was so rude..... Says wait to Karna padega... I ask its already 1.5 hrs... The he say mei kya karon tto... Karana hai karoa.....

Staff is amazing and the way they have treated customers are exceptional especially employee Ishaan shrivastav (He is a one man army ) ,I been there many times and every time I have got good services from Sodani.

Rudely behaviour of employees..Specially ms.Jyoti Gore employee is very unprofessional, He does not understand the patient's problem. And gives priority to his references..

I had a wonderful experience. The staff is very cooperative & reports are delivered in time.
