Good diagnostic centre from indore
Worst lab, no care for the patient time. Worst part is no apology or regret to management for delay. For Ultrasound I have waited for around 1 hour with full bladder (from the scheduled appointment time) but doctor has not turned up and finally I give up as pressure was beyond manageable limit and returned to home by wasting overall 2 hours of morning. Really bad management.
Promt and Friendly Staff ..Cooperative and made me feel comfortable while conductive tests.
Staff was wearing mask all the time. An employee Mr. Jay shekhawat was really good with his job. Even Other staff was good in behaviour n work. Place was clean n not crowded at all.
Health care diagnostic employees Kalpna &Gaytriare very helping and provide quick service.Realy suggest to people for Health care diagnostic for one stop test.
The place is very neat and clean as compared to other places.The tests are done in proper manner and they give you all the required time and attention. Staff is also very polite. I like it . Keep up the good work
Very friendly staff and also very supportive
Helpful Staff but Infrastructure is bad. Hygiene (dust) issues due to a lack of staff during Diwali time and a lack of dedicated changing facilities. There was only a single shared washroom and no changing room (for ECG and X-ray). The bed for ECG was stained at multiple places as well. My friend was offered a razor that had been used by others before to shave off chest hair for ECG.
