So illiterate staff They didn’t even know how to talk. Not receiving phone calls. They should learn how to manage and talk with the patient’s family. I’m definitely not going to suggest this laboratory to anyone.

Very irresponsible lab. They do not pick up the calls and the phone receiver is dropped outside. How the persons are going to contact them for their reports. They are not at all cooperative during this covid times.

Careless service by the lady who answers the call at Indore lab, booked for blood test one day before but nobody came for pickup and the pick up guy informed me that nobody told him. Do not trust this lab.

Only sample collection will be done from home.... Report will not be despatched. Not to your home Not to Dr.s clinic. Report will be collected by your own from pathology Laboratory at Sapna Sangeeta road. Cheater.... cheater....thu..thuu

No response, no report. These days all labs send reports on WhatsApp channel and are very interactive. These guys don't have any tech approach. No one picks call at given nos. How can they not give RT PCR report on time?

No professionalism, poor service..nobody is available at the reception to pick up the phone..numbers given in the reports are also unavailable...got covid test done for one of my family member..waiting for the reports since 2 days..bt nobody is responding...WORST LAB!!! Looking for somebody who can genuinely help in this matter..need the reports urgently!

Results are accurate and on time reports. Online reports available. Dont go for covid test before 10 am. All precautions followed. Nice and well versed staff. Parking available in front of lab

I am very pleased with your analysis ability to work with unusual requests and their willingness to go out of their way for a customer. Their work shows professionalism with a craftsmanship-like pride that is difficult to find now-a-days.

Very pathetic service, staff is totally non cooperative. They put the receiver saying to hold and forget that I can listen their voice on phone. What I was listening was surprising, staff were arguing on the sample and their reports bring mismatched. As the sample were from same family having common surnames. Xxxxx ahuja and xxxxx ahuja and one more. I tried calling them after disconnecting the call but no one reverted. I personally won't recommend such type of unprofessional attitude. I am a consultant for healthcare services and works for healthcare quality and accreditation.
