Good staff with care facility, had surgery for my grandmother after minor fracture, I found doctor utkarsh dwivedi very knowledgeable and supportive during the entire process.

Bad Experience, rude staff, unhygienic facility My recent visit at Sankalp was disappointing. The place wasn't clean at all, especially the bathroom, which was a mess. But what really upset me was how the sonography technician treated me. She was very rude and acted like she was doing me a big favor by doing the sonography. She kept giving me mean looks, making me feel like I had made a mistake by choosing their center. It was very uncomfortable. The people at the front desk and the billing staff were not friendly either. They acted like they were surprised I had an appointment, even though I had booked it in advance. In a field where empathy and patient care should be of utmost importance, the staff at Sankalp diagnostic seemed to forget the basics of customer service and healthcare professionalism. I left feeling mistreated and undervalued as a patient. I cannot recommend this diagnostic centre, and I will not be returning.

I went in for blood work and a sonography. The phlebotomist was skilled and quick, and the radiologist made me feel completely comfortable during the scan. The results were highly accurate and my doctor was very pleased with the detail in the reports.
