Report didnot given timely and very long timing taking for scaning and waiting time is very long.

Lot of mismanagement in booking the test. Even after booking in advance for the test it took 4 hours for the brain mri. Frustrating experience

I am writing to express my serious disappointment regarding the extremely poor service and arrangements at Organ Diagnostic Centre. Today, my mother visited your centre for an MRI scan. I was shocked and highly disappointed by the situation at the centre. There was no female nurse available to assist the patient, which is a serious concern, particularly when an elderly female patient is undergoing an MRI procedure. Furthermore, there was no doctor available at the centre for the MRI scan, and the MRI procedure was carried out by a technician. This raises serious concerns regarding patient safety, proper medical supervision, and the overall standard of service being provided. I expected a professional and well-managed diagnostic centre to have appropriate medical staff and necessary support facilities, especially for elderly patients. Unfortunately, our experience today was completely different. I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and take appropriate corrective action. I am also escalating this matter to the higher management/concerned authorities for their attention.
