Unprofessional , rude receptionist. Very bad experience both times i went there.Please go somewhere else.

Staff is extremely rude and unsupportive specifically the reception staff. They lack basic common and civic sense and roll eyes to the already suffering patient. Extremely disappointed with their work.

Very bad experience .. They said they cannot share soft copy of signed report. I had to drive 20 km to get hard copy so that I can use it for discharge while cashless process. Please help with some common sense to Sahuji and his staff. Bolte hain hamare yaha aisa he hota hai 😖😖 …

Well-organized diagnostic centre, but the staff experience was very disappointing. The higher management behaved rudely and showed complete disregard for patients. There was unnecessary waiting, and even serious patients were not attended to on time. Overall, not recommended.

Very poor service — waited 48 hours and still no one gave an appointment. The staff is not supportive and lacks basic professionalism. Definitely not recommended. Even if it’s the last option in Indore, I would still suggest not visiting this clinic

Very poor customer service. Bahut ghatiya employee behavior hai inka counter Mein. Request to all to please take a note of this before going to this place. Just time passing and no help to patient who has gone there after IV fluid injection and nebulisation at Shivaay clinic due to their tie up with this centre. They don't provide proper bills and patient has to go there to collect due to their poor response and the counter person's are giggling and laughing at the patient poor condition. Hope they get some brains at least in next birth.......

बहुत ही घटिया सर्विस है MRI और CT के बीच में लाइट चली जाती है कोई लाइट के लिए बैकअप नही है । 2 - 4 दिन का समय निकाल कर जॉच करवाने आए नंबर आने में समय लग सकता है भगवान भरोसे रुक सकते है।

I visited this pathology lab and had a highly disappointing experience. The staff’s behavior was extremely unprofessional; no one communicated properly. They were busy blaming each other, and there was no clarity regarding procedures or instructions. Patients’ queries were ignored, and no proper guidance was provided. This not only wastes time but also erodes trust. The management needs to focus on staff training and better coordination. I would not recommend this place until significant improvements are made.
