Very Supportive dr. n staff, very humble nature, good facilities 👍🏻 …

Poor management, waiting for 2-3 hours for 15 minute work. Doctors are not punctual, workers doesn't listen to thee patient .

Centre with both pathology and radiology services...my entire family gives blood samples for pathological testing here only since years, never had an issue...for sonography the doctor is experienced and the reporting is always proper...would recommend Bansal path lab and diagnostic centre for both pathology and sonography

Staff very poor and doctor also on hospital visit on patient appointment time. and not listen. And not value of time. Pateint suffering. And bad experience.

Very bad experience, waiting time is too much. For 10 minutes work they take 2-3 hours. Atleast they can let patients know the waiting time it going to take for tests.

Worst experience with bansal diagnostic center, staff(poonam) is very rude,poonam is misbehaving with the patient on call while asking for reports.. Not giving reports from last 3 days... And says do complain about me to my senior...

Dr and staff behaviour is to cooperative and their work is too good I got best results on bansal diagnostic

This was my first time at this center and it was a good experience. I would like to thank the doctor. The staff is also okay.

सबसे थर्ड क्लास डायग्नोस्टिक सेंटर है जहां पर स्टाफ अपने अकाउंट में पैसे डलवाते है और और जो डॉक्टर ने टेस्ट लिखा होता वो पूरे भी नहीं करते और जब हम डॉक्टर को रिपोर्ट देखते है तो बोलते है कि आपने एक ही सोनोग्राफी कराए है फिर थोड़ी देर बाद बोलते है दो कराए है एक और रिजल्ट उसमें लिखना था यूरिन का वो उन्होंने टेस्ट ही नहीं किया और बोलते है आप दो दिन बाद आए फिर कर देंगे इसपर बोलते है डॉ की गलती है जिन्होंने लिखा नहीं कि ये भी करना है पहले बोलते है दो दिन बाद करते है वो भी पक्का नहीं है कि डॉ होगे के नहीं अगर मेरे पेशेंट को कुछ होता है तो कौन जिम्मेदार होगा ।जिस दिन हमने सोनोग्राफी कराए थी उस दिन भी इन्होंने दो बार हमको बुलाया था और फिर बोलते है कि डॉ नहीं आयेगी । उस दिन भी मेरे पेशेंट को बहुत परेशान किया ३ घंटे वेट कराया कि मेरे पेशेंट को तकलीफ बढ़ गए अब फिर दो दिन बाद बुला रहे है जो टेस्ट उस दिन होना था उसके लिया फिर आना होगा।मेरे डॉ का नाम डॉ विनीत निज जैन और पैथोलॉजी के डॉ आर के बंसल और डॉ प्राणिल बंसल जिन्होंने मेरे पेशेंट की सोनोग्राफी की । आप सभी से अनुरोध है कि अपने पैसे और समय को ऐसी जगह बर्बाद न करे जो पैसे के लिए पैथोलॉजी खोल के बैठे है मतलब जो दुकान खोल के बैठे है पैसे कमाने के लिए ।स्टाफ बहुत बहुत बतमीज़ है जिसने तमीज नहीं है पेशेंट और लोगों से बात करने की। मैने तो पूनम कपूर जिसको मैने ऑनलाइन पेमेंट किया था उनके अकाउंट में उनसे बोला कि जो टेस्ट रह गए है उसके पैसे रिटर्न कर दो तो उन्होंने न बोल दिया कि में नहीं कर सकती आपने मेरे अकाउंट में कोई पेमेंट नहीं किया।अब आप सब सोचिए क्या करना चाहिए ऐसे पैथोलॉजी का जो बस पैसे कमाने बैठे है ।
