Very disappointing experience. We came for a target scan and have been waiting since 11:00 AM. The first scan took almost an hour, and after that we were asked to wait another 2 hours for a second round. It is now 1:37 PM, and we are still waiting with no clarity on when the scan will actually be completed. The centre appears to be accepting far more appointments than it has the capacity to handle, resulting in extremely long waiting times. What made the experience even worse was the rude and insensitive behaviour of the staff. Despite explaining that the patient is pregnant and unable to sit comfortably for such long periods, our concerns were ignored. Pregnant women deserve timely care, compassion, and respect. If you cannot manage the number of patients, please do not overbook appointments. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both patient scheduling and staff behaviour.
