​I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the care received at Agrawal Diagnostic Centre today. My experience was far below the standard of care I expected, specifically regarding final sonography for my wife. primary issue : Long Waiting time after fixed appointment at specific time and staff unprofessional behaviour. ​Key Issues : ​Wait Times: Despite having a scheduled appointment/emergency, I waited for 1hous hours without any updates or communication from the triage desk. ​Staff Professionalism: The attending staff were dismissive and failed to address my concern. I felt my wife's health was treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. ​Communication : instructions were rushed and unclear, leaving me/the patient without a proper understanding of the necessary follow-up care. ​I hope this report prompts a review of your current protocols. . Had my MRI done here recently and found the whole process quite organized. I was given proper instructions before entering the scan room and the technician was patient when i had questions.
