My go-to diagnostic centre in Indore for all scan needs, again delivered a great experience. Found them on Google and glad I chose this place!

Very Bad Experience. Very Unprofessional Staff. Owner have to seriously look into this.. Technician, Mr. Shubham has very rude behaviour and uses foul language on the Old age Lady patient.. No one senior manager even to take his complaint. Infact they directly return the fees taken and told "sir shubham ka tone hi esa hai".... Pathetic reply Will never recommend anyone in future... Third class service Better option nearby will be Sodani diagnostic or Apoorv diagnostic..

My X-ray was done without any delay. The technician ensured I was comfortable and followed all safety protocols. Report was clear and on time.

Worst experience. Went for an MRI at 4:30 pm. Staff said to wait for 15 mins for my turn. I HAD TO WAIT TILL 8 pm WITH NO PROPER COMMUNICATION. When asked, they said the person who cancelled the appointment showed up at the last moment. Was that my fault? If they would have given me a realistic wait time, there would have been no issue. I would have gone somewhere else. They can do anything for money!

Additionally, their overall service quality is poor, with delays and lack of proper management. Such carelessness is concerning, especially when dealing with health-related matters. I would not recommend this centre to anyone looking for reliable and thorough diagnostics.

I had a very disappointing experience at Agrawal Diagnostic Centre. The services were far from satisfactory. The staff seemed unorganized and unprofessional, leading to unnecessary delays. The facility lacked proper management and cleanliness, making it an uncomfortable experience overall. I expected a higher standard of care, but unfortunately, they fell short. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they make significant improvements in their services and management.
