The receptionists here does nothing besides gossiping, they are not professional at all. All 5-6 female staff were just sitting at the reception and were talking to each other and delayed the whole process. would not recommend at all.

Visted for furst and NT scan there. All seems good. Dr. Is honest and polite. Definitely time is crucial here but if you make your mind to give them time they will done all the test accurately and provide ever answers you asked to them. All good. Prices are also competitive than others.

Test was on time and good. But the staff was asking me personal questions like why I wasn't wearing toe rings or sindur or bindi or mangalsutra when I was literally wearing shakha pola which is bengali women's suhag ki nishani. I don't have a tyrant husband who forces me to wear this status symbols so why should I. I don't need to show a marriage certificate to everyone I'm sure. Please ask the staff to not act nosy and maintain a professional demeanor.

The main doctor was quite professional and knowledgeable. She explained the procedure as she did it and was polite to a degree. However the same cannot be said about the interns or helping doctors. They lacked an iota of professionalism. Gossiping, fighting with each other verbally in front of a patient. The people sitting at the reception were not any better, they lacked the common courtesy to talk to the patient, and I felt their prices are needlessly high as compared to the results. In its favour the center was clean and hygienic, with good infrastructure and decent machines. I'll avoid it the next time due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy.

The best part is that during the check-up, the doctor explains everything clearly and answers every question in detail. I have had sonography and other tests done here three times, and each time the examination was carried out very carefully and thoroughly. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
