Worst staff sitting on the reception on the Narendra Tiwari (Sudama Nagar) road branch, Indore. Very bad behavior with customer and patient. They even refuse to provide receipts asking for multiple times. Also, not sharing report on time. The person sitting is very rude behavior frustrating guy. Never visit this branch if you don't want to spoil your mood with the senseless people.

The man who took blood test my mother misbehaved with me by rudely telling me ‘don’t wait here’. I am just waiting my mother to come Such behaviour is unacceptable and does not align with professional conduct. Staff is advised to maintain respectful communication.

If there was an option to give less than one star, or even a negative rating, I would have given that. This is hands down the worst pathology centre I’ve ever visited. They gave me an appointment for 12 noon, and I arrived early at 11:30 AM. Despite that, the sonologist whose scheduled time was 11 AM came in only at 12:30 PM. To make matters worse, they gave someone else a chance before me. I repeatedly informed the staff that I needed to leave early and hadn’t eaten anything because of the test, and I had to join work right after. But nobody was willing to listen. No respect for patients’ time, zero professionalism, and absolutely no empathy. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. There are much better and more reliable options out there.
