यहां जांच करवाने के बाद में एक बार पैसे जमा होने के बाद रिपोर्ट उनकी मर्जी से देंगे और अगर गलती से पूछ लिया कि रिपोर्ट कब दोगे तो स्टॉप आपको तारे दिखा देगा इतना तो सरकारी कार्यालय में अधिकारी शिष्टाचारी नहीं होते जितने यहां के स्टॉप में है ।जैसे अपने यहां जांच करवाकर अपने आप को बड़ा भाग्यशाली बना लिया

Very poor and disappointing experience. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unresponsive. After taking the payment, they showed very little concern for the patients and did not respond properly to questions or requests. Patients were made to wait unnecessarily without any clear reason, which was frustrating and completely avoidable. The tests were also performed in a rushed manner, giving the impression that the staff was more focused on finishing quickly rather than properly attending to the patient and carrying out the tests carefully. When people are paying for a medical service, they expect basic respect, proper communication, timely assistance, and careful testing. Unfortunately, none of these were provided during my experience. Management seriously needs to look into the staff’s behaviour, patient handling, waiting time, and quality of the testing process. Overall, a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Today I came here for sonography of my son by 05:45 Pm and deposited 800 rs for the same . Receptionist telling me to go 3rd floor for sonography. One I reached at 3rd floor what i saw both the Reception girl just marking number without Informd to take water for getting full yours bladder. Even Staff are doing chats and scroll reels and they are least bothered about the patients. Aside there 3 lady staff they doing mischief and speak louder in corridor like fish and vegetable market . For me will not guided any of my relatives to this center at all.

Narmada diagnostic is a very good centre and the staff is also very good and secondly cleanliness is maintained here and the nature of everyone here is also very good including sir's
