Extremely disappointed with my experience at Narmada Diagnostic Centre. My blood samples were collected yesterday for a pre-operative profile, but the reports are still pending. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper response or resolution from the staff. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of a staff member named Ankit Nagar. His manner of speaking was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Instead of assisting a concerned patient, he spoke in a threatening and disrespectful tone. This is by far the worst diagnostic centre I have ever visited. The complete lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and delay in delivering critical medical reports have made this a very frustrating experience. This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last. I would not recommend this centre to anyone.

I am very disappointed with the service at Narmada Diagnostic Center. I gave my blood sample on 29th May and was informed that the report would be ready on 30th May at 8:30 PM. Based on this information, I planned my doctor's appointment and decided to collect the report on 1st June. However, when I visited the center on 1st June, I was told that my report was still not ready. When I asked about the delay, I was given different explanations. First, I was told reports can take 1–3 days, but by then it was already the 4th day. Then the reason given was that Sunday caused the delay, which was never communicated to me earlier. The main issue is not just the delay, but the lack of clear and accurate communication. Patients rely on these reports for medical consultations and treatment. Giving incorrect timelines and changing explanations creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope the management improves its communication and service standards so that other patients do not face similar problems.
