Horrible experience Booked appointment and specially asked for female dr for sonography, so the tele caller accepted and asked me that female dr will be available after 2pm so i once again called her and confirmed so she asked me yes u can come , after reaching they told me that u have to wait for 1 hour that was ok for me And they took around 2:30 hour of mine and after that the lady female dr had to go somewhere or her shift got over i dont know so the receptionist asked to get my sonography done by male dr. I refused and i told them that i confirmed 2 times , so they told the female dr the whole thing and than she had done sonography without providing same day report Dr words to me was "inko dikkat q hai male se karwane mein or koi inke sign krne ke liye mein bethe nai rahenge" so is this way they r treating patients They should find out their management mistake and must follow the given time I will not visit thi centre again in my life If they want to have this feedback its cool otherwise life goes on for everyone
