Horrible experience Booked appointment and specially asked for female dr for sonography, so the tele caller accepted and asked me that female dr will be available after 2pm so i once again called her and confirmed so she asked me yes u can come , after reaching they told me that u have to wait for 1 hour that was ok for me And they took around 2:30 hour of mine and after that the lady female dr had to go somewhere or her shift got over i dont know so the receptionist asked to get my sonography done by male dr. I refused and i told them that i confirmed 2 times , so they told the female dr the whole thing and than she had done sonography without providing same day report Dr words to me was "inko dikkat q hai male se karwane mein or koi inke sign krne ke liye mein bethe nai rahenge" so is this way they r treating patients They should find out their management mistake and must follow the given time I will not visit thi centre again in my life If they want to have this feedback its cool otherwise life goes on for everyone Thanks

I had a great experience at samarpan diagnostic centre the place is clean and very well maintained.

Samarpan imaging solutions is the best center for all test. Staff is very good in behavior and also helping in nature.I recommended this center for all diagnostic test. I came 3-4 times for CT scan.

samarpan lab is very nice lab...I came here for my sonography and I saw here so much cleaning and facilities are available...all staff was good they guide me very softly and they gave me report on time and I'm totally satisfied with their staff

You will love the working environment over there. My experience - The girl name Husna in the reception is so polite and generous towards helping the patients. Altogether - Samarpan the place is clean, Staff is well behaved especially - Husna. Samarpan is becoming a trusted brand in Indore because of the staff like Husna. I now trust the Samarpan.

Horrible experience. I was having severe pain and they kept sitting for 12 long hours for my MRI. They kept me 2.5 hours in MRI machine. Technicians are inefficient. Their new machines are also 1.5 Tesla only. Staff is not concerned about patients. Pathetic . Even if doctor refer you to Samarpan , ask him for alternative. Go to choithram or vishesh.
