1 star bhi dena k layak nahi hai.. mera HSG test kiya jo karna hi nahi aata technician ko,mere dono tube block bata diye. Jiske karan main mentally pareshan Hui jabki meri tube me koi problem nahi hai. Band kar dena chahiye ESI pathology ko.

We had to get Treadmill Test completed for my wifey. We reached the Diagnostics Centre at around 4.30 p.m. It was crowded and had seating arrangement inside and outside too. The female manning the compact reception asked us to wait and in between checked the blood pressure of my wifey. Though we had to wait for a longer time and it started only at 5.30 p.m. on insistence, but it went really well. My wifey had two female interns as well and the Centre seemed to be well-equipped and organized too. The Centre handles a range of tests and one may obtain the hard copy from the Centre and can also receive it via WhatsApp. The washroom which was outside was well-kept, but had a concern which the top management must look into. The male staff members huddled inside at the back and they were sitting outside area as well and were busy gossping and laughing at the top of their voices. The passage to the washroom had seating benches on both sides and the way the staff members were sitting was making it difficult for anyone to pass comfortably. It was highly unprofessional and slightly disturbing too. The dressing and behaviour of the female manning the Reception was very casual and the way she was handling the calls was not warm and professional. If trained, she can do a fine job. The Centre is highly accessible, but parking can be a challenge especially during evenings, but is manageable. Overall, a nice experience, but can be turned into an exceptional one. Stay healthy!
