Superb service

Very disappointing experience with the staff at City Meds Diagnostic Centre. The staff were not professional or helpful during my visit. Their attitude and communication were disappointing, and I felt that patients were not treated with the level of courtesy and respect they deserve. There was also a lack of proper coordination, which made the overall experience unnecessarily stressful. A diagnostic centre should have polite, responsible, and patient-friendly staff who communicate clearly and handle patients with care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Poor customer service and a very disappointing overall experience.

I had a very satisfying experience here. The blood collection was excellent—the technician found my vein and successfully drew blood in just one attempt, despite my being slightly overweight. The blood test and sonography reports were accurate, authentic, and consistent with my health improvements over the past two years. The staff was professional, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended for reliable blood tests, sonography, and other diagnostic services.
