We’ve just returned from an 18 days trip for four to Israel, Jordan and Egypt. It was a top notch experience organized for us by Anita Sharma of ITF. At each country we were met by our personal representative and transported by very able drivers. In particular we felt Tannus, our guide in Israel along with Walid the driver were very helpful. Our Jordanian driver/guide, Ihab, served duel purpose with informing us and promoting Jordan. So much more than Petra to Jordan! Egypt was so full of history as well as tourists and our guides did a super job. Thanks Anita, this was just as outstanding as the trip you planned for us in 2014 to India!

Iam extremely thankful to ITF for planning a well paced, well curated tour for us where we did not have to worry about anything like visa formalities, credibility of hotels, transfer hassle, ticketing. The team of ITF was helpful in suggesting places worth visiting, restaurants, shopping malls besides what was already planned. Knowing that the team is just a phone call away is very reassuring. I had a very unprofessional experience with this service provider. The process was disorganized, and there was no systematic approach to handling documents. I often received last-minute requests for documents with no clear guidance on what was needed. There was no ready document list provided, which made the process stressful and confusing. It also seemed like the focus was more on charging extra fees rather than providing quality service. I was asked to pay an additional 5,000, which felt excessive given the lack of professionalism and organization. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I hope they can improve their processes and transparency in the future.

ITF is simply amazing with their prompt and extensive assistance! My Air India flight to the US was delayed by a whole week and Anita ji got it rescheduled to the same dates within a few hours! Eternally grateful!

My association with ITF has been over a period of time. Recently I contacted them to provide me with a customised package for Switzerland and to coordinate procurement of Schengen visa . The package for Switzerland was very economical and the choice of hotels and sight seeing and Swiss rail pass was so well organised that we had a wonderful experience. The itinerary had minute details of transport modalities including timings. The best part is Mr Manish sharma was always available for any guidance at every step, as if he was travelling with us. Getting Schengen visa was so smooth where as when I met a few travellers they had tough time getting one. I must say the whole team of ITF is just great headed by Mr Manish and Ms Anita. I also want thank Jasbir and Vipin for all their support. I wish all the very best to ITF.
