Satalkar Tour and Travels

We initially were allocated a driver whose driving standards were so poor that he left us feeling scared for our lives. He also did not have a clue about customer service. I would therefore ask the company to seriously review this 1st driver’s position with them. We raised a complaint through our agent and were then allocated another driver called Vicky. Vicky was, in stark contrast to the 1st driver, a very courteous, polite and excellent driver whom we felt completely safe with. We travelled hundreds of kms with him, feeling comfortable and at ease. I would ask Satalkar Tour and Travels to use Vicky as a role model and embassador for their company - Vicky has the calibre to demonstrate what excellent customer service looks like and could perhaps teach the other drivers a few things. Please ask for Vicky to be your driver when booking through this company. He really is excellent.

Akshay was very helpful in making comfortable arrangements for our 13.5 year old pet to be transported from Indore to Hyderabad. Satish is a very safe & steady driver and his driving is clean & smooth, no jerks.

We had a wonderful experience during our Madhya Pradesh tour. The Innova assigned for our journey was clean and in excellent condition. Our driver, Mr. Deepak Rajput, was highly knowledgeable and guided us exceptionally well throughout the trip. He ensured that we covered several additional places beyond our planned itinerary. His guidance and support made our journey truly memorable and enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service.

Your driver Mr Vicky, who was the driver of the van we had hired for 5 days of our trip, was and is a very honest, kind, carrying, punctual person towards each and every passanger, besides this, he is a very efficient and careful driver. I would like to recommend him to any person seeking a honest, punctual, respectful and efficient driver. Mr. Vicky is an asset to his employer and organisation. I kindly request that let it be known to Mr. Vicky and his employer my sincere thanks to him and for providing us not only a wonderful driver but also a wonderful and caring person. I am 77 years old my wife is 72 years and we are from Colorado USA, he ensured that we had a safe and pleasant journey through out our 5 days stay in Indore and Ujjain. I wish him all the very best with his professional career in Satalkar Tours and Travel. Dom Suza USA

Mr. Deepak Singh Rajput was our driver and guide in Indore for 4 days, and he was outstanding. Very professional, safe driver, and full of local knowledge. His suggestions for food and sightseeing were excellent, and he made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The experience with Deepak ji was really good. He was with us the entire trip and was really an experienced driver and the vehicle that we travelled in also was really neat and tidy. Overall a really good experience.

The driver- mr. Deepak- was very sweet. His drive was very comfortable. He also directed us well and told us places we can go and made sure we were comfortable.
