We recently booked our trip with Travel Spark Tours & Holidays, Indore, and overall, it was a very good experience. What stood out most for us was the service and the way the team handled things during the trip. Travelling with family can sometimes involve last-minute changes and small requests, and having someone who is responsive and accommodating makes a big difference. The biggest positive for us was the driver. He was polite, cooperative and genuinely helpful throughout the journey. He responded quickly whenever we needed anything and was quite accommodating with our timings and small changes in the itinerary. His attitude made the travel much more comfortable and relaxed, especially during the longer drives. A good driver can really influence the overall experience of a holiday, and in our case, he definitely added to it. The car was comfortable and served its purpose well for the trip. My only small suggestion would be to pay a little more attention to the cleanliness of the vehicle, particularly before starting a long journey. It wasn't a major issue, but a cleaner and more freshly maintained car would have made the overall experience even better. Apart from this, our experience with Travel Spark was smooth. Communication was good, and whenever we had a query or requirement, we received a prompt response. I also appreciated the willingness to accommodate our requests rather than making the experience feel rigid or purely transactional. Overall, I would rate Travel Spark Tours & Holidays 4 out of 5. With slightly better attention to vehicle cleanliness, they could easily make the experience even better. For anyone looking for a local travel agency in Indore, especially for a family trip, they are worth considering.
