Till date, this has been my best experience with any travel agent—everything was perfect, from the stay to the transport, and my family was also very happy with the overall experience. We traveled from April 9, 2025, to April 15, 2025, and during this time, we covered Shimla, Kullu, Kasol, and Manali. We were able to enjoy all these days, and it was all because of them. In case we didn’t understand anything, they were always available to help us, which means their service was perfect. Just the last stay in Manali was disappointing (Mountain Cliffs Hotel)—the service there was really poor. I know it wasn’t the travel agency’s fault, it was the fault of the stay providers. Their service was very bad, so I would just recommend not providing that particular stay to anyone. Other than that, I had no issues with the travel agency—their services were the best, and I would recommend them to everyone.
