Good thread
Boarding was delayed by half an hour, but that wasn't their fault. The guys did a good job, the staff was polite and attentive.
Very good
Dear Indore Travels Management, I am currently travelling on your Indore to Betul bus service and wish to report a serious and urgent complaint regarding passenger safety, staff conduct, and an unexplained delay during the ongoing journey. At approximately 4:49 AM, the bus is still stopped near Khatgaon, Madhya Pradesh, and the journey is not proceeding normally. People associated with the bus are still sitting outside instead of the journey continuing, causing a serious delay and concern among passengers. I am attaching photographs and a Google Maps location screenshot showing the current situation and location. I also have a recording concerning highly inappropriate and objectionable conversations/comments allegedly made during the journey, including sexual comments while discussing/viewing photographs of girls stated to be around 16 years old. This is an extremely serious matter and has caused significant concern regarding the conduct and professionalism of the persons involved. My concerns include: Unexplained and prolonged stoppage during an overnight journey. Lack of proper communication to passengers regarding the delay. Serious concerns regarding passenger safety and professional conduct. Highly inappropriate and objectionable conversations allegedly involving sexual comments about underage girls. The bus is still stopped near Khatgaon at approximately 4:49 AM. I request Indore Travels to immediately contact the bus staff, investigate the matter, ensure the safe and prompt continuation of the journey, and take appropriate action against any person found responsible. I have already raised an urgent passenger safety complaint with AbhiBus – Case ID: 16512370. Please treat this as an URGENT PASSENGER SAFETY COMPLAINT and provide an immediate response. I am preserving the available photos, location screenshots, and audio recording as supporting evidence. Journey: Indore to Betul Current location at approximately 4:49 AM: Near Khatgaon, Madhya Pradesh AbhiBus Case ID: 16512370
Bus Timing is so delay Parasia to Indore Bus, reporting time 11.30, departure time 11.45 and bus came at 12.36 after midnight, should be resolve this problem for the valuable customer.
