My tour and travels is one of the best travelling Co. In indore m.p. all the commitments which were given in package were fulfilled. We enjoyed the Thailand trip. I recommend. You can trust.

I had very bad experience with them as though in indore the concerned person is very helpful and have organized everything properly for us. We have booked kashmir trip through them. The connecting agent Mr buran was very rude n not reachable when needed. Because of G20 conference we had to change our itenary and we requested him to do some alterations which he don't agreed and he went to an extent to say the driver that drop my family anywhere on road if we don't pay him for the changes we did. Whatever was written in itenary was also not covered for us because of his reluctance and rude behavior. We paid him 28000 for dudhpatri which we finally cudnt go still he was asking to pay 1500 for sonmarg which we had to do as srinagar was closed due to G20. Due to which we skip srinagar pari palace, chashmeshahi garden,shankaracharya mandir (along with dudhpatri )which are main things n written in our itenary. Whatever was promised was not delivered and no cooperation. It was not our fault that G20 fall in our plan so this is the least we can expect from our agent. I request agents in indore to have good people in your team instead of such short sighted person who don't see bigger business perception. Inspite of telling him we will give you money he was not agreeing and made whole of our experience very bitter. He wasted our whole day in arguments and instead of making our vacation comfortable n nice.

Your driver was very professional , polite and well behaved. He had excellent driving skills and well aware of the route. It was very wonderful and hassle free drive for us from Indore to Maha kal ka maha nagari UJJAIN . HAR HAR MAHADEV. We will visit again for Omkareshwar Darshan.
