We as family went to Vietnam on customised holidays through My Tours and travels for 6N7 D. It was a very satisfying experience. All the formalities before departure were completed well in time and our transit to Hanoi was smooth. The details of driver and Guide were intimated atleast a day prior and they were well in time as per intimated time. They covered all places as per itinerary and gave valuable advice for local shopping, food restaurants and evening outing after dinner. The properties were good. The best was Halong Bay Cruise with La Casta and Danang including Bana hills. The local parter of My Tours was proactively and responding quickly on the queries through WhatsApp. Except guide for CuChi tunnels rest all was very good experience with memories carried back. Overall a very good experience at very affordable and compititive price.
