Travel estate was recommend to me by one of my friend. I recently booked a honeymoon package for the Andaman island. I got in touch with Jatin who planned my itinerary and Gaurav, with whom I co-ordinated my entire trip. Our package was of 5 nights and 6 days in which we covered islands like Port Blair, Havelock and Neil. From my experience, I would say that the itinerary was well-thought out and made our entire trip a breeze. All the hotels and activities were exactly what we were looking for. The customer service we received from travel estate was top-noch. Gavrau and Jatin were always available to answer any queries we had and co-ordinated very well throughout our trip. We booked a package for Kedarnath Dham in the summer of '24. Despite the extreme crowd and chaos, the tour company helped us complete our trip with ease. The arrangements made were top-notch, including the hotels and taxi services. They even secured a room for us just 200m from the temple. It was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend them for your trips and tours.

The experience with Travel Estate has been one of a kind, specially for my elderly parents, for whom the trip was intended. Gaurav n Co. have been extremely patient with my reshuffling schedule, and have customised the itinerary as per the physical requirement of my family. Dear , over all trip & arrangement were good. Need to address few things. When book hotel for senior citizens, take care of lift & wheel chair. 2.fooding is monotonous, atleast one or two options for vegitable should be kept in mind. 3.Driver must know the nearest parking place ,which we suffered lot, while access of vehicle was there. 4.if any hotel taken up any constructii work should not be booked, we suffered.

I got their contact via Yatra.com. I never thought Yatra will affiliate these kinda of agents . A customised trip for couple -3 days and 2 nights costed 17,250/- which includes just breakfast ( only poha ) !! No proper communication between organiser and driver . Driver was asking us to pay for parking that this . Even though parking charges were included in the package , we even paid for parking charges to driver . He asked us pay 1500 for CNG . We told him to contact the travel agent . He asked pay 300/- as well . Whooping sum of 17,250/- is not at all worth. Instead plan by yourself which may cost 10k for the same journey or some other good travel agents . Please don’t suffer like us . We spent almost 2k extra because of them . The airport dropping was too early . By 11 they came , 12:15 they dropped us . Even they haven’t coordinated with the hotels they booked . The hotel people were in confusion about the payment . At 10:53 in the night , we were standing without getting room because of their lack communication. My request again , kindly don’t take this agent for your travel .
